Hey, Brad here. I have been in the health and fitness industry since 2011.
What began as personal training in commercial gyms, transitioned to owning and operating Townsville’s largest Powerlifting and Strongman Gym and finally organising, coordinating and competing in many powerlifting and strongman competitions including Townsville’s Strongest Man and Woman.
Through my time coaching people in strength, I gained an appreciation for the human body - both in the anatomical structure but also the potential it has when mastered.
Taking my knowledge from over a decade of helping people master their bodies, I have now begun offering massage therapy for people from all walks of life.

Meditation has never been more popular in the West than it is today. Despite this, it can be a very confusing and sometimes frustrating topic for some people.
On one hand they are perhaps told that it is very healthy and they should be doing it, yet on the other they don’t know where to start. On an app? Do I just follow my breath? This is where some guidance can help.
Whether you are a complete beginner who is looking to start a daily practice or perhaps you’ve been on the Path for a long time and need some validation and reassurance about what you’re doing or not-doing.
I specialize in teaching the three main aspects of meditation without the use of spiritual or religious language. They are silence, mindfulness and ethical cultivation. Meditation can be experienced by everyone as long as you are a human being, no matter how busy your mind is.
